a swampy area because it will be affecting the dryness of your blocks as the humidity prevent blocks from dryness.

Besides, vehicles may be sinking in a swampy land, thus, it makes your work more difficult.

The site should be big enough for aggregate stockpiles, cement storage, stationary machine, block stacking, staff facilities, an office and on-site access.

You need a shed where you will have your equipment. It should be with a roof over it.

2, Sink a borehole

You need plenty of water in a block industry. Apart from water for mixing sand and cements, you will need water to water fresh blocks.

To increase their hardness, blocks need to be watered for days continuously when they are demoulded.

4, Raw material supply

Cement supply---- Cement is your No.1 raw material. You need it in good quantity so your supply should be able to last for a week before going for another one.

Build a shed that will be used as a store house for your cement and the area must be dry and

For small scaled factories, cement is delivered in bags.
